From coastal water monitoring to urban risk assessment, our case studies demonstrate how open science can directly support climate change adaptation across Europe. In collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/climate-adapt4eosc.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLIMATE-ADAPT4EOSC<\/a>, we are helping to build the infrastructure that researchers, policymakers, and communities need.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This March, the FAIR2Adapt team comes together in Vienna.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From 23 to 25 March 2026, we are holding our second in-person General Assembly at Impact Hub Vienna. It is a moment to review progress, align on next steps, and showcase the tools and services our teams have been building.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Join us on 24 March in Vienna for a day of open science in action and discover how FAIR climate data can support real-world adaptation decisions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This public day features live showcases of FAIR climate solutions &#8211; from a data pipeline for coastal water quality monitoring, to GIS workflows for urban climate risk in Hamburg, and AI-assisted tools for extracting knowledge from scientific literature. These showcases offer participants the opportunity to engage directly with the project teams.<\/p>\n<p>In the afternoon, we are hosting the <strong>Thematic Working Group on Climate Services<\/strong> together with CLIMATE-ADAPT4EOSC and the <a href=\"https:\/\/mission-adaptation-portal.ec.europa.eu\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EU <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/mission-adaptation-portal.ec.europa.eu\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mission on Adaptation<\/a>. This session runs from <strong>13:30 to 16:30 CET<\/strong> and is open to the public.
