DeSci Labs is dedicated to accelerating scientific progress by reimagining the research publishing process to prioritise accessibility, innovation, and reliability. Recognising the need for systemic change, DESCI has developed Publish, the first fully open-access publishing infrastructure powered by Web3 technology.<\/p>

Publish transforms how scientists share and interact with research by enabling the open dissemination of articles, data, and code without paywalls or publication fees. Through a peer-to-peer network, Publish ensures data sovereignty, long-term preservation, and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles. By integrating advanced analytics and tools, scientists can enrich their work with dynamic datasets and receive meaningful insights, including unique novelty scores.<\/p>

DESCI\u2019s platform empowers researchers to adopt best practices in open science effortlessly, boosting publication opportunities, amplifying research impact, and redefining open access journals and peer review. With incentives to reward high-quality validation and curation, Publish fosters a transparent, collaborative, and sustainable scientific ecosystem.<\/p>

DeSci Labs supports the project by developing and providing technical digital infrastructure that supports the efforts of FAIR2Adapt partners in sharing and publishing work publicly, according to FAIR principles. Available infrastructures \u2013 DeSci Publish Application and CODEX Protocol \u2013 are used and tested for optimisation, usage and functioning by all parties.<\/p>

The DeSci Publish Application is an open-source web application that enables creating, sharing, evaluating, curating, and consuming versionable research objects that support all file types (e.g. data, code, manuscripts, images). The application is FAIR-enabled by design, thanks to automatically assigned persistent identifiers for every version of every file and the ability to add rich, machine-readable, meta-data to each file. The DeSci Publish web application is a graphical user interface for the CODEX protocol (see below).<\/p>

The Collaborative Open Data Exchange (CODEX) protocol functions as an open-source operating system for decentralised science, enabling the creation, storage, and retrieval of versionable research objects on a peer-to-peer network with content-based identifiers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
